The smart door locks including hardware parts and electronic parts, first we need to process the hardware parts by punching, polishing, cleanning and assemble the mortise & front panel, rear panel. every process must be checked before transfer to the warehouse. The electronic parts including SMT, welding components, testing function, aged test, and so on, Finally assemble the hardware parts together with the PCB, all of the smart locks must be tested before shipment.
Smart door lock production schedule
All of our smart locks are tested strictly complied with CE standard, the corrosion resistance reaches 96 hours, life span reaches 300,000 times, door mass and closing force reaches Grade 4, High and low-temperature test, all of the PCB must be aged testing before installation.
